Well, spotted Steve!

I have modified the name to 6515-1 and IMO # to 9475002 after reading Bob's comment. If you look at the following picture of the 6515-1 : http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=1389612# you will see a couple of things. If you look at the top right part of the letter 'T' you will see on both pictures a dark spot. You will also see under the 'T.N' an area of rust.

Stan, you can delete this message if you like.

But Bob already named that barge, with one number difference (such a biggie?). So it's safe to transfer this to barges... besides, I saw many "Unknown" ships not in the Mystery ships category. So we can keep this going.
...or jump on another photo (of a different photographer, hehe) and continue there, making Stan feeling sad he lost such a great chance of getting famous here with this shot that could beat that "surf ship" shot I'm still looking for etc. etc. etc.

1,116 from my side; as reward can you say which camera an objective have you used?

Edit
comment

person
Stan: If you took any other photos of this vessel, see if you can see the barge number or even the third digit of the IMO number. I am sure it is one of the two I mentioned in my first comment yesterday. You could, of course, simply call Muller's of Dordrecht on the telephone and ask them which one it was and what it was carrying!

Lots of attention for my ultra mega super zoom lense. Still not certain what it really is. If the barge can be identified, I can transfer the photo to the right category, otherwise all you efforts to 'hit' me in the topposter position will be useless, since a mystery ship doesn't stay on the site when not identified. Bob, or MFKABS, i have to correct your comment; the photo ain't rubbish, the subject is! Okay and the photographer also. Denis, please don't say nasty thing to MFKABS (Bob) as he is the ultimate grumpy old man, with a lot of knowledge.

Since I'm bored at the moment & having difficulties finding certain pics on this site, lets have a sorta quiz:

What was the name of a famous here "surf ship"?
I have it in my favourites folder but it's >9000 pics in it to find it...

Edit

Okay, okay, I'll tell the truth. You are looking at my new objective. I mount this one on my camera to make some long distance shots. it is a mega zoom lense. now you all know it. thanks for all the input. Still I like to dream about it being filled with beer though..
