The tug behind is the French ROUJOUE I (IMO 8434300), towed from Rotterdam via Brest:

According to this report, VLIELAND (with ROUJOUE I) called at Santoña collect the hopper barge LUNE DEEP and take both down to Dakhla, Morocco. (ROUJOUE had just been bought by the French construction company Vinci, and they had also bought LUNE DEEP from a Spanish company)

ROUJOUE I was ex-GOLIATH ex-JASON ex-SCT. KNUD ex-MIMER ex-GOLIATH THY, built in Denmark in 1965

Tug "Goliath" can be seen behind the Vlieland, she was sold to Nigeria and was towed there by the "Vlieland"
