I can't say for sure, but it is a pleasure to have her as a visitor. My best guess is that she had just delivered Northland's BRISTOL BAY TRADER (seen headed down the Duwamish shortly after), and was headed back north.

What's she doing down here? That's one of my favorite tugs, just a shame it's always tucked away in Dutch Harbor.
