Thanks PFK, changed to VALMIERA, the name on the bridge would also support that choice.

If the photograph date is correct then this is not "LIMBAZHI" - broken up in 1986.
The choice comes down to "TSESIS" (6824692) or "VALMIERA" (6805309) because of the antenna on the aft superstructure.
I'm not absolutely sure, but I feel pretty confident that this is "VALMIERA". (She doesn't have that buff hull paint below the forward superstructure that is obvious on "TSESIS", when photographed in 1991).
Time to make a correction, I think.
