This got me puzzled as I had no ships recorded remotely looking like this one and scrapped in Belgium in 1979. According to Miramar Tonia has IMO number 5071743, and that was first given to Christian Russ,and shots I found of that ship confirmed that it is one and the same vessel. She was named Tonia from 1977 to 1980, in which year she became Maldive Novel. She eventually met the torches in Bangkok in January 1983.
