Past by the dredger as well last sunday 15th January. Don't know the name but the purpose is pumping contaminated sand/mud from the basin called 'Papagaaienbek' to the large depot at the other end of the Maasvlakte, called 'Slufter'.
Just follow the pipeline along the road.
A new harbour will be made at the corner where you took the picture.
