Isn't that a "Pusher Tug"? They have high bridges similar to this in the U.S.

Now if I understood. The bridge is too high to be a tug.

Fabian, I will try my best to explain;
if this tug's tower including its top bridge would be as high & as good looking like the Euromast Tower - Rotterdam...this built thing on the tug would certainly "look great".
