At Port Huron,Mi, Oct 18,1981, with barge OCEANPORT,and assisted by TUG MALCOLM,the barge is on her delivery trip from her builder Bay Shipbuilding,Sturgeon Bay,Wi,the GULF COMMANDER is now the JIMMY SMITH.
