The Russian tug isn't that big and Valletta harbour isn't that hard to manouver in, I dont know why this tug warranted 2 tugs, one of which the SPINOLA is as large and powerful as her.But that could be the Russian master pregorative into asking for the number of tugs.
Over 100,000 grt monsters regularily enter Valletta harbour with similar or even less tugs aid.

Hi Denis, actually it is a play on words; tug-of-war because the Russian one is actually an auxiliary warship hence tug of war. and also refering to the game called tug-of-war when two teams/individuals pull a rope opposite each other.
