Jadran, it was a very long time ago, when she was still the Island Princess

:-)) Paul, were you maybe one of the new Engineers on their way to board the ship, who carefully followed the noticeable smoke trace, to reach & finally board this ship?

Seriously now, congratulations to you for sailing onboard the lovely DISCOVERY, the first ship you sailed on, as an eighteen year old Engineer Cadet.

: not to forget Tomas, I say, again one your best work Tomas, congratulations!!

Brgds/Jadran

Jens, what can I say: Getting paid to sail on the Greenland coast and fjords 2 months at a time. Is not the worst job to have.. ;o)

K.B., I want your job, NOW!:-))

It must be for sure ... the reason for her long way noticeable smoke is to show her exact position for the onboard coming new engineers!!

Edit
comment

person
Definitely they need new engineers

Hehe, thanks Jens, it was a great day for photography, the Balmoral, and Discovery. Not much sun, but what the hell.

Well, well, well... every time when I think it just cannot get worse you know how to add to my misery, Tomas. Or in other words to quote the great Magogman:
I really feel landlocked when I see such a photo!:-) You excelled yourself once again.
