No doubt the Picture is meant to be frame in your house .... but deep down in my Heart I certainly can not digest the Perfect Mirror reflection of the port & Vessel.... No matter how silent is the water, waves do effect the shadow ... But Who Cares ..... I like the Picture and so does every one Else ..... Nice work KLAUS .....

Thanks for the nice comments.
It was a little gimmick on a gray Novemver day.

Hi Ivan,
natural waves are generated by software. Such Glare is not on the same possible because the water is always moving too much. It's just a little gimmick and nothing else.

This is very effective work, but if you look carefully to the water you can see very regular, paralel waves perfectly reflecting and distorting the image. Such perfection does not exist in the nature, and even if it would, it would not be possible to grasp it with a long exposure needed for such nocturnal shot. The reflection is not natural, but faked, "photoshoped," reflection. Am I right, Klaus? Tell them the truth!

Utter masterpiece, Klaus! Not often I see here night shots where the reflection on water is not blurred during long exposure. Great moment captured, well done!
