According to additional info she is laid up, I wonder what will become of her,I hope she will not end up under the cutting torch of the scrap dealers. Regards

Hi 'shiploversa', bear in mind thar this vessel was built in 1966, that is 59 years ago, she is laid up .Hope she will not be scrapped. Has any one more information regarding this vessel? This photo was taken 32 years ago , nowadays this area has been turned into a yacht marina with floating pontoons.

Yes Ralph ,just as you said.These parts used to house the Royal Navy victualling yard and stores and the fleet bakery.Now that the No.1 dock is not operational the area in the photo has been turned into a yacht marina:the Grand Harbour Marina.

Hey Emmanuel, this is Birgu, right? The building is now the maritime museum if I'm not mistaken, and this whole area is a marina now, chock a block with expensive yachts.
