Hello Tony,
You've no idea how much pleasure uploading these photos gives me. Comments like yours show that it isn't just a case of some people liking old photos, but that they're sharing re-living the enjoyable parts of a similar past.

As for the Wimbledon, I thought she had an unusual look to her but hadn't been at sea long enough to realise how unusual.

The Port Wimbledon was a very unorthodox looking vessel.
The first time I saw her I was an O/S on a small coastal boat, she overtook us at a hell of a rate.
At the time I remember thinking "that's the strangest looking ship I've ever seen".
