Description:
- seen tied up alongside the tug Gaspee at the Providence Steamboat dock in Providence,RI. Morton S. Bouchard Jr. sank in the Cape Cod canal on April 11th 1983 while towing a barge through the canal. The tug was soon lifted out of the water and repaired. She is now active again. 10/29/04
