Hi pahantomn53, yes, I found that IMO number but it relates to a cargo vessel of 2,011 g.t. & 888 tons dwt., so it does not seem to be the one. I have encountered the same problem with Chinese and Taiwanese fishing vessels (of the same design & size) not having IMO numbers allocated, yet I don't know why that is.
