NORDGLIMT, built at Nakskov in 1956, becoming AL RASHEED in 1974 and AL QASIM in 1976, was sold to the Maldives between July and October 1976 and renamed MALDIVE NAVIGATOR.

Loading a cargo of animal feedstuffs at Bombay for Liverpool, she arrived on 1st December 1976 and remained in port until 11th January 1977 when she sailed for Rouen. This photograph would therefore have been taken around Christmas 1976.

She was broken up at Gadani Beach, arriving there on 14.9.83
