I've been doing some internet research on this ship, and most site she appears on have the same details(MMSI, length, tonnage, year build, etc) but very few show her as having an IMO number, or showing IMO-:0.
So my confusion still reigns

Smart looking vessel, and also a cool looking U-boat pen in the background...
As for the IMO number, they became mandatory not so long ago, only in 1996, so the question is when this number was assigned to this vessel...

Not absolutly sure how the IMO systems works, but yhis IMO number seem very high for a vessel built in 1949, going by looking at other ships with a similar number it should be around the late 70s/early 80s.
Has anyone any ideas on this, or have i got it all wrong

Wow 1949 and still in really good shape! Very stilish ship!
Is there the place where the German U-bold submarines were standing in the back of her???
