Description:

Zombie time, again.
Another victim of that disastrous tsunami in 2011, "Tulipan", then under construction by Yamanishi shipyard near Sendai, was left damaged, and has since joined other tsunami victims at the anchorage off Masan.

I really don't know. The aft part of "Shiramizu", which was at the nearby STX Hyeokshin shipyard, has since been moved to join her mutilated fore part at the anchorage, and this "Tulipan" is a very recent addition to this "graveyard" (or is it "hospital waiting room"?)...
They could have been scrapped already, my guess is that their owners (insurers, more likely) are weighing the shipping vs. shipbreaking markets.
I'd like to see them repaired, but I expect they will be scrapped.
