BLUE RIVER capsized and sank off the Pescadores Islands, N.W. of Kaohsiung, Taiwan, 20.07.1991 in a position 23.22 N, 119.04 E after encountering typhoon "Amy" during a voyage from Kohsichang, Thailand, to Taichung, Taiwan. There were no survivors from the 31 people on board.
