Then why is it very similar if not the same as the tugs McTay built in the 90's i.e. svitzer josephine, svitzer alma and so on??

can someone tell me why they look the same as the tugs mctay built? it looks like they must have aquired a license to build them in africa.???

And McTay's shipyard was at Bromborough on the west coast of England, not Middlesbrough on the east coast.
