MJ Chow Thank you for your reply. I am now reading up on the Republic of Singapore Navy and also the links with Lurssen Shipbuilders. Once again Thank you for adding to my interests.

Frank Cokayne, my apology for the late response. The 2 ships I'm referring to were Sea Lion and Sea Dragon ( ex Singapore navy ships ).

I followed up on your information MJ Chow and got in touch with Lurssen Ship builders and today I received a reply to my email. They were good enough to send me a list of recommended literature on German E-boats along with an archive picture of the Puma(P6007. They also sent a couple of interesting brochures with information about Lurssen defense ships.

Cos I used to served onboard 2 of such ships more than 20 years ago. Apparently they have already been laid up since.

Thanks for that information MJ Chow. I googled Lurssen built ship and was able to find new information about it. Seeing it was just a random photograph taken while out walking the dog,its turned out to be a fascinating history lesson.
