The DEC-1 is a Coast Guard 26-foot fiberglass Surf Boat, and the DEC means she was carried on the starboard side of the cutter DECISIVE (WMEC 629). I believe the one last assigned to the DECISIVE was CG 26545, built in 1997 by Ocean Technical Services.
CG 41364 is a 41-foot aluminum patrol boat, built by the US Coast Guard yard in Curtis Bay MD. Her last station was Gulfport, Mississippi, and she was replaced by one of the 45-foot RIB vessels.
Edit comment
"41264" is the name of the utility boat.
Built by USCG at their yard at Baltimore MD, probably in 1970s
