A ship with a unique history. Sabotaged 10 June 1940 by British Commandos off Gibraltar and partially sunk, she was later surreptitiously raised by Italian Special Forces operating out of Algeciras and used as, firstly an observation post, and later as a launching base for human torpedoes.
