Spot on. Known as Woodbine funnels on the old coal burners in the days before forced draught fans - the tall funnel improved draught in the boiler furnaces. I think it was Blue Flue's Ulysses which had the tallest funnel.

If I recall, I have heard them refereed to years ago as 'Woolly Woodbine' funnels Mr Dot

Blue funnel was a severe size in those years, but a nice look back! mrdot.
