Pablo Garnica was owned by Nav. Castilla and has different funnel markings, also the name of the "mystery ship" is shorter (contrast and lighting will reveal the characters on the white upper part of the bow)

My guess is SANTANDER, built 1969 by Astano for Transportes Petroleos from Spain, IMO 6912853
