Free at last 14-2-99 after 3 previous attempts too get her off rocks of the Aramoana Mole across from Taiaroa Head Lighthouse after running aground under Pilotage on the evening of 12-2-99 while outward bound from Port Chalmers where she had loaded wood-chips.The list was because of ballast water shifted too one side while trying too rock her off the rocks that had holed the bow,she was then towed into nearby Blueskin Bay too assess damage before returning too Port Chalmers for repair.
