Interesting remark on the life boats, It is indeed,,usually when life boats are so high then guide-girders are placed to prevent the boats to slide down touching the accommodation. This seems to be somehow otherwise thought,, how,,,beats me !!!

How would they lower those lifeboats from so high? Wouldn't even a small swell cause them to crash against the superstructure?
