I guess it is cheaper for them to use older designs, but for me that is ok as I think these designs looks better then the more modern style, I was also a bit suprised to find out that she was a bulk carrier and not a general cargo vessel.

Vietnamese local design and build. Based on Japanese designs of the 1980s. Hence out dated appearance.

Very strange to see a modern vessel with "old" cargo derricks. Strange, but beautifull, reminding of the old days of general gargo ships.
