Great picture. This is what I like with this site, suddenly "old" long gone vessels shows up in "unknown" pictures. My dad was Chief Engineer on this one so many times, I've been there some summer vacations myself. Makes me wonder when the picture was taken and perhaps my dad is on board at that moment. Looks like the vessel was at Europort and seems to have the Dutch courtesy flag displayed.
