I think it is the converted steam tanker EIHO Maru, IMO 5098571. There are other shots of her on the Vancouver site, showing her with more rust and two additional sets of derricks. This shot shows her probably just after her conversion. They may have later realised thatmore derricks could be handy. There is one thing though that would invalidate my suggestion, as the date of the shot apparently 01/07/1955. The conversion of the Eiho Maru took place during 1965, so I might be wrong or there might be a typo.
