Hi Marc! I attempted to get a picture of her departure from Valero St-Romuald refinery two days ago. She was delayed. She is not a product tanker but a crude tanker as she loads with tar sands oil in Sorel And this time in St-Romuald. Valero seems to both imports light crude from gulf of Mexico and export tar-sands oil to NY. A stop in Saint John as other tankers raise my questioning for what purpose purpose. Not St-John's as reported on marine trafic.
