10/07/2019 Trans-Asia 1 reportedly experienced fire, while docked at the FF Cruz Wharf in Cebu, Philippines, at about 0348 hrs, local time.
The Bureau of Fire Protection was subsequently able to extinguish the fire at around 0718 hrs, local time.
One of the 36 crew member sustained a minor injury due to the incident. The Philippine Coast Guard investigated the incident. No oil spill has been reported.
