This photo shows the 'Sidney' in 'Expo' livery, which she wore between 1985 & her retirement in 2000. This view also shows her on the Comox - Powell River route, her last assignment with BC Ferries.
The Sidney's twin sister, the 'Queen of Tsawwassen' (IMO 5288023) continued with BC Ferries until 2009

A fine and very athmospheric photo, Mr. DOT. Well done by your brother. The waiting crowd at the stern ramp; some passengers looking from the front rails; the mooring man at the quayside. Thanks for uploading this fine document of ferry history. Regards Peter
