Pity that the weather was not good at the time when this attractive photo was shot ... because,, I have had an indeed wonderful experience visiting that area by late 50s and therefore I personally know that the landscape/scenery is utmost beautiful there ... as Doug said 'out of this world' :-))

Early sixties I did tour the West coast as far as Inverness,
then back down t'other side,as you say the scenery is out of
this world.
This of course was before they built the Kessock bridge.

I managed to visit twice over a couple of weeks working up there and it was raining on both occasions :-(
