Decision of the Maritime Court of First Instance of Caracas of July 21, 2015.
In the first place, the plaintiff requested the decree of a PREVENTIVE EMBARGO MEASURE on the following vessels: M/N MAJESTIC TIDE, IMO No. 8119613; M/N GOLIATH TIDE, IMO No. 7378835; M/N OIL ONIX, IMO No. 8200319, and M/N WERDERTOR, I.M. No. 7415149, which, according to the plaintiff, are berthed in the area known as the Barrancón, located next to Pier 1 of the DIQUE Y ASTILLEROS NACIONALES (DIQUE Y ASTILLEROS NACIONALES). O 7415149, of which the plaintiff points out, are docked in the sector known as El Barrancón, located next to Pier 1 of the DIQUE Y ASTILLEROS NACIONALES (DIANCA), located in Puerto Cabello, Carabobo State, with the exception of the M/N OIL ONIX, which is located within the boundaries of the construction project of the deep water dock of Puerto Cabello, or Container Dock.
