This is a former Russian 'Sormovskiy'-type ship. I have senn a number of photos of this, and other similar [eg Baltiyskiy, Volgo-Don, etc] types, that are clearly hogged in the middle.
Perhaps they were not built strongly enough for their intended use, and over the years [this one was built in 1970] their structure has gradually deformed ?
