09/10/1996- Broke her mooring when in Chaguaramas Bay (T&T), and went aground on rocks. Re-floated, back to Chaguaramas and seized by authorities.
xx/1999- New grounding in Port of Spain roads (I didn't find the circumstances).
Later, partially broken up in situ.
