She is not fastened in the ice, she is just at anchorage point. Don't be surprised at the ice around - it is so obvious in our latitudes. As for her proper coloring it is often occurred in Russia in coloring vessels. Hull lines are ice-classed.

Loving the contrasting colours. Is she stuck there or just at anchor (anchor chain noted). Being so small, could she have ice-breaking capability given her surroundings? And she does have an interesting bow shape. Also, the colour red is such an strange colour for a bunkering tanker (or is it just me again!)
