COMMENT THIS PHOTO(2)
Biscay position yesterday is from a vessel transmitting MMSI 311000457. Similar signal received from southern North Sea 5/6/2016 and following day in mid-English Channel heading west. May be a fishing boat.
I do not know whether Bahamas recycles its MMSI numbers to new vessels - or whether this is just an AIS data error, perhaps by the ship.
