THURINGIA was the last ship of the WESTFALIA class series and launched on 22 November 1966, delivered on 13 March 1967 with the hull number 850 as Thuringia. The vessel was delivered in 1982 at the Thuringia Carriers Pte Ltd, Singapore, and re-chartered for three years. Beginning 11 June 1987, the demolition of the ship took place in Huangpu. Regards Peter
