She was built as NAHLIN in 1930 in Glasgow, Scotland andd used by the British King Edward VIII. Later she was bought by King Carol II in Romania and named LBERTATEA. After WW II, she became the property of the Romanian Ministry of Culture and turned to be a museum ship in Galati. In 2010, she was re-named NAHLIN and registered agan in Scotland ever since.
