Ship photography at Portishead in 1966 started well with the PORT JACKSON on New Year's Day, inbound for Avonmouth from Adelaide from where she had sailed on 29th September.

Built at Wallsend in 1937, PORT JACKSON was sold for breaking in 1967. She sailed from London in February 1967 as LEGATION bound for Tsamkong (Zhanjiang), China, and then on to Kure, on the Seto Inland Sea in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan, where she arrived on 13th April for breaking.
