Description:

'Santa Fé 82' type general cargo ship PANORMOS SEAMAN (IMO7125146), at Brest December 22rd 1989.
Most of her deck cargo was missing or has been damaged during very bad weather. She had also some cracks in her hull.

A tumultuous 19 years live :
06 Apr 1981 - During a voyage from Hiroshima to Matadi, a fire occured in accomodations and she was abandoned by her crew, 250 M East of Beira.
13 Apr 1981 - Arrived at Durban in tow.
09 Jul 1981 - Left Durban in tow, bound to Spain.
17 Aug 1981 - Arrived at Santander for repairs.
Dec 1989 - Sheltered at Brest with weather damages.
18 Mar 1991 - Went aground on Prongs Reef, in Bombay entrance, when arriving from Aqaba.
Jun 1991 - During refloating attemps, she broke in two.
