Description:

I took this picture on 13th July 1968 while sailing down the River Schelde on the ferry that used to run between Antwerp and Tilbury. I think the location is Terneuzen (as it looked 47 years ago).
Can anyone confirm or advise otherwise?

Built 1954 by Ateliers & Chantiers de la Loire, Nantes
Propulsion: two six-cylinder, four-stroke Henschel-Pielstick 6PC2L diesels geared to a single screw shaft. Engines built in 1957 and fitted in 1965 to replace steam turbines . Total output: 3,400 bhp
