Very interesting picture of this odd-looking crane-carrier. By the way, se is not semi-submersible. They have just carved out part of the deck to make the deck as low as the quays they are unloading cranes to and to lower the centre of gravity. But the vessels cannot be submerged to take on floating cargo like the vessels of Dockwise, Awilco and others.
