Hi guys, I like the photo (and not because the ship carries my name) it is something different fro the usual sea and sky pics. I understand your problem Russell and Phil , sometimes I just snap the photo from my car parked , at 71 the legs are not as they used to be. Thanks for sharing.Regards

It's a good shot Russell. Sharp, good light, nothing wrong with it. I have similar issues, so I understand why you wouldn't want to walk too far.

It looks like te sun is shining, so with due respect, why did not you get out of the car, walked to the Canal and made a better shot?
