Those " fake " windows are normal, as they are part of
the covered section of the wood clad promenade decks.
The passengers can stay outside in deckchairs, even when
the weather conditions are not favourable. Those were the
days of relaxed ocean travels, many days, slow steaming &
plenty days in the various ports. Good memories of yesteryear.

She carried a crew of 53 plus 12 passengers and was used as a training ship by the Escuela Nacional de Náutica “Manuel Belgrano”

Those large windows at the superstructure's sides look "fake" as there are no cabins behind them. So the accommodation is of a normal size for that time.

There was always something special about ELMA ships.
Unfortunately for shipspotters Argentine ships stopped calling at UK ports after the Falklands War.
