I don't think that the characters are decipherable due to haze. But going by the central character (the only one that differs), it is the right "low" shape; compare at original size http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=1790541
None of the other five - that cannot have been there anyway - have such a character shape; or are there further near-sisters with Cosco?

OK David, if somebody comes along who can decipher the Chinese characters to confirm this, I think we have a winner.

Must be YUAN SHAN HU (IMO 9417189) - she sailed Singapore Eastern Bunkering aA Anchorage on 7/5 for Kharg via Malacca Straits.
The only other of those (including additional YUN HUA HU) in the area around then was YUAN CHUN HU which passed Singapore on the following day, but eastbound from Kharg.

YUAN SHAN HU, YUAN YUE HU, YUAN CHUN HU, YUAN YANG HU and YUAN QIU HU.

It is a cosco VLCC, but somebody who has voyage data available should be able to identify which one was at Singapore at that date. Is she sailing in Eastern or inWestern direction?
