Description:

A scan of a badly damaged slide of the 1951 built KAVO KOLONES, seen by Norman Hesketh at Liverpool in May 1972. She was proudly flying a new Greek flag, and her former name, CITY OF KARACHI, had been painted out, but her name name and colours had not yet replaced her Ellerman ones.

This KAVO KOLONES had sailed from Liverpool on 28th May 1972 bound for Las Palmas and finally arrived at Kaohsiung on 10th January 1974 for breaking.
