Bendt, at the bottom of the stairs down to the engineroom passageway on the right, we signed the bulkhead, the smoking rollers, Norrie Gresham and Ewan, as we completely re did the passage and engine room one trip.

Yes, unfortunately we are all getting older, but I think that Typhoon with forty years has had a good long life, there had been work enough, she could certainly have continued for a while when she was very well maintained.
In particular was the engine room very nice and well kept, there you have probably helped to set the standard when you were on board :-)

Three years on this as an Engineer in the 90's, makes me feel old to see her scrapped
